Detoxify with a deeply penetrating sweat in our Infrared Saunas. Radiant heat is created using FAR Infrared Light that allows you to sit comfortably for a longer period of time than a traditional sauna. Custom built & engineered with Bluetooth allowing you to enjoy your own music, the 45 minute sessions let you escape. Bookings Essential.

The only fresh water Ice Bath in the world with no chemicals make our ice bath one of a kind. We are firm believers in what are now proven benefits of cold water therapy that range from reducing the inflammatory response to adrenal stimulation – enjoy the detoxification by alternating between the (traditional) sauna and Ice Bath. Your booking gives you 45 minutes of exclusive access to the ice bath and traditional sauna. Ice bath temperature is 10 degrees celsius.
